Description: A black and white postcard showing Normanton Girls High School on Queen Street, Normanton. The school was built in 1912 and was to accommodate 150 pupils. It also accomodated evening classes so that workers could improve their education. It has small towers on top of the roof similar to a lot of schools in the Wakefield area built around the same time.
