Description: A black and white photograph showing the Town Hall on the left and the Public library on the right on Westfield Road, Horbury. The foundation stone for the Town Hall was laid on July 30th 1902. Building commenced in 1905 on the Carnegie Free Library thanks to a grant of £2,000 from the Carnegie Foundation.
